Sunday 3 June 2012

sunday loves.

can you believe how fast time is going by these days? it's already june, the halfway mark of the year!
only six more months to go and h will have finished her internship and hopefully, i'll be onto bigger and better things too =)
possibly, h and i will have our first travel plan in place! ready for the new year~

so today's sunday love post consists of something i wrote about previously, aesop, my current favourite skincare brand.

as on the aesop website, just a quick introduction:
Since 1987 (a: same as me!), when the company first launched, Aesop has not wavered from our intention to create a range of superlative products for skin, hair and body. We are committed to using the finest plant-based ingredients and non-botanical elements such as anti-oxidants, once we are confident that research has proven them effective. All ingredients are carefully selected for the benefits they bring to your skin or for their ability to improve the performance of the product. The exquisite aromas for which Aesop is renowned are an incidental treat.
Aesop values all human endeavours undertaken with intellectual rigour, vision, and a nod to the whimsical. We make every product with the same attention to detail that we believe should be applied to life at large, taking into consideration the needs of your skin, the specifics of your environment, and the constraints on your time.
We advocate the use of our products as part of a balanced life that includes a healthy diet, sensible exercise, a moderate intake of red wine, and a regular dose of good books.
so simple, natural and beautiful is what aesop is.

my current favourites?

1. Amazing Face Cleaner
2. Bitter Orange Astringent Toner
3. Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque

if you haven't been around to see the amazing design in their shops, then it is definitely worth a visit and they are worth a try! love the little samples they give out when you purchase something from them.

anyways, hope you all had a good weekend!
goodnight, a
