the day i met...h

my turn this time! and i thought what other perfect way to start my posts then to write about how i met one of the most amazing people in my life.

we met on what we call 'the taiwan tour' 2 years ago. simply a bunch of kids from around the world with a taiwanese background meeting up and traveling the island together for three weeks.

and it was on this fateful tour, i met h.

i remember, though, not much of it, wearing light blue skinny jeans, a black cap and grey and pink sneakers. waiting at the subway station for everyone to arrive. i remember talking to h a little on the bus and hanging out with her for the first couple of days.but then i don't remember. we were on different buses and different groups traveling, so to say how we became the best of friends, i honestly cannot tell you.

but what i can say, is she is one of my most favouritest people in the world. even though we are a million miles away, i can thank whatsapp and email and skype and writing mail and now this (!) for keeping us in touch.

on another note, i'm at work and i'm taking a break. it's 11:12am and forty five minutes to lunch.
and then half the day will be over.
the countdown to home is at 4 weeks and 6.5 days. time to plan!
